At KRM Capital Management, Inc. our mission is to improve the lives of our clients, primarily through reliable financial advice, integrity, and a commitment to service beyond expectation.

We believe the key to long term success in investing resides in a consistent strategy for allocation in both equity and fixed income markets, broadly diversified, highly liquid, and professionally managed.

Over a long term period (5years or longer) markets are very efficient. We utilize a passive management style with some asset allocation and sector rotation based on macro economic trends. Our primary objective is to create an investment discipline that preserves capital and perpetuates portfolio growth.

KRM Capital Management, Inc. is a "fee based" investment advisory firm. We offer unbiased investment advice to best suit the investment goals of our clients. Our decisions are not predicated on how much commission we will make from selling you a certain product. We take the time to build a relationship with each one of our clients. We begin by creating a list of our client's assets, liabilities and their future long and short term goals to help them identify their specific financial objectives.

Based on our client's personal risk tolerance and their individual goals, we then design a portfolio recommendation that will help them to preserve capital and grow their assets. We work with TD Ameritrade as a third party custodian. We take time to educate our clients on the fundamental concepts of investing. Typically, we use no-load institutional mutual funds, ETFs, individual stocks and bonds to implement our investment discipline. We continuously monitor these investments and schedule quarterly meetings to review performance.

For our specific investment advice, we charge a management fee (billed quarterly) based on a percentage of assets. Our standard annual management fee is 1.25% for portfolios less than $1,000,000 in value.
